The Golden Group of Companies was brought to life by Mr. Mahesh Chandra Jain, a dynamic Chairman ably assisted by an experienced team of managers, draws policy guidelines and motivates the entire team to deliver top class service to the clients. Originally he belongs to a century old bullion merchant family. Besides having experience in import and trading of various commodities, he has nearly 22 years of experience in the capital markets intermediation and has a wide cross section of market relationships. It was his vision to create an all India network of brokers’ relationship and build the distribution strength of Golden.

He is the president of UP Sarafa Association. He is also associated with various Merchant Associations and has been continuously interacting with government ministries and officials to find solutions to the new challenges faced by the trading community in the ever changing scenario.

Mr. Amit Nevatia is a prominent face in the broking community of Kanpur. He has been in trading & broking business since 1992. He is valued for his deep understanding of the economy and the stock-market movements. He is an entrepreneur known for his assertive style of management who has set a scorching pace of growth in the company. He is credited of having successfully led the company through a cultural transformation initiating a series of innovative techniques and continuously updating them to suit the changing needs of the clients.

He is also a known speaker at public seminars and conferences organized by various Indian School of Business.
